Customer Control Panels

Rebillia provides the merchant with embedded interfaces for the customers to manage all of their realted information, such as cards on file and subscription details. These interfaces (commonly referred as “Customer Control Panels”) are manually embedded by our team into the store’s secure account page and will be available for the customer after they log in to their account.

Manage Payment Options

Commonly referred to as the “Store Wallet”, this interface allows customers to manage the cards on file they have associated with their account. Customers will be able to:

1. Add new cards – All newly added cards will go through an authentication process verified by the merchant’s service provider (gateway) to prevent fraudulent cards from being stored in the system.

2. Remove existing cards – When selecting to remove a card on file, the card selected will be checked to verify there are no active subscriptions assigned to it. If there are, the customer will be prompted with an error message educating them to first change the card on file for the subscription (so there will not be any subscriptions with no card attached to them) and then they will be able to remove the card.

3. Skip Upcoming Deliveries – Selecting available addresses from their address book. This option is not presented for downloadable products.

4. Cancel Their Subscription – Each subscrption has its own card on file attached to it from the customer’s wallet. Here they will be able to select between cards they have stored in their account’s wallet and attach the desired card to this specific subscription.
