Post Installation Checks
As Rebillia deals with the most sensitive part of your store, the checkout page, we highly recommend performing these follwoing checks to make sure the app is installed correctly and performing proprely.
Create 2 test transactions:
Log in / Create An Account on your store, add a product to the cart (we recommend a test product) and proceed to pay for the order. Process this transaction with a real credit card so it will go through. This will test Rebillia’s connection with your gateway and store.
Add another product to the cart and proceed to purchase the product again. This time you should already see the saved credit card in the “Payment Details” section. Continue to purchase with the saved credit card to verify that the functionality is working properly.
Perform a back-end action:
After you have successfully made both purchases from the section above, go to your store’s admin panel.
Go to Apps –> Rebillia –> Transactions (on the top panel in the app).
You will now see both transactions that you just made in the dashboard interface. Click on the “View” button on the right corner of the transaction. This will take you to the live gateway response log, where you will see a “Void” or “Refund” (depending on the gateway you use) on the top-right corner.
Click on the button and “Void” / “Refund” both transactions to make sure the back-end functionality is working properly.
We recommend creating a new product, for testing purposes, and attaching the subscription to this product, and not to a real product!
After the subscription has been created, Log in / Create An Account on your store, add the subscription product to the cart and proceed to pay for the order. Process this transaction with a real credit card so it will go through. This will test Rebillia’s connection with your gateway and store.
With the order going through, go to Apps –> Rebillia –> Subscriptions, click on the name of the subscription product and see if you can find yourself showing in the list of subscribers.
If you do, GREAT! All is working properly. You can now click on the gear button to the right of your name and select “Cancel” (because you don’t really need this subscription).
Last, just follow the “back-end action” guide above to Void/Refund your order.
