Manage each account’s profile to maintain the latest contact information

Manage Profile

An account’s profile page holds all the general information of the account that is not related to subscriptions, billing or activity history. Here you will be able to update information like email addresses, locale, referral agents etc. Listed below are all the fields you can interact with in this interface, required fields are marked by an asterisk:

  1. Profile Data –
    • Full Name*.
    • Email Address*.
    • Phone Number.
    • Phone Extension.
    • Company.
  2. Account Settings –
    1. Locale*.
    2. Preferred Currency*.
    3. Store Credit – (there is no communication of store credit values between Rebillia and sale channel customer accounts, so we can not use store credit from the customer’s profile in the sale channel yet.)
    4. External Customer ID.
    5. Sale Channel Association.
    6. Tax Exemption.
    7. Referral Agent.
