Getting Started

Rebillia’s shipping quoting system supports multiple different types and levels of shipping quotations. The two main categories are:

• Real-Time Shipping Quotes – Connect Rebillia with your chosen provider to generate real-time shipping quotes. With this method, using information collected in the invoice/checkout, Rebillia will send a quote request to the connected provider to receive a unique shipping quote for that specific instance. Ideal for merchants with complex, dynamic, shipping requirements.
• Static Shipping Quotes – Create your own shipping methods within Rebillia’s interfaces to provide a plethora of static shipping selections for your invoices/checkouts. These shipping methods process live calculations based on pre-determined figures set by the business when creating the shipping method.

Connecting a Real-Time Shipping Integration

1. From the main shipping page (link at the top of the page), scroll down through our integrations and find your provider.
2. Click on the action button and follow the prompts as displayed. Every integration has its own requirements for connecting, so please make sure to follow up with our individual documentation pages for each shipping integration.

Creating Static Shipping Quotes

There are six different types of static shipping quotes Rebillia supports – Free Shipping, Flat Rate, Pick Up In Store , Ship by Weight, Ship by Order Total, and Custom Rate. While some quote types support only a single calculation (like “Free Shipping”. There can’t be multiple “Free Shipping” calculations), other support creating multiple calculations of their quote type.

To create a static shipping quote, scroll down in the shipping page (link at the top of the page) to the “Static Shipping Quotes” section. By default, Rebillia provides one instance of each quote type. Click on the action button (to the right) and select “Settings” from the dropdown menu. Each quote type has its own settings interface:

• Display Name – Enter the display name of this method.
• Limit to order over – Check the checkbox if you want to apply a “minimum order total to be eligible for free shipping” rule, then specify the minimum amount and set if you want Rebillia to calculate the minimum from the order total (keep the “Use discounted order subtotal” unchecked) or from the post discount (coupons/groups etc.) sub-total (before shipping and taxes).
• Make products with a “Fixed Shipping” ineligible for Free Shipping – Check the checkbox if you want to remove “Fixed Shipping” items from the calculation.

Flat Rate

By toggling this method on, you will be able to offer flat rate shipping for subscriptions.
To set up further rules, click on the action button and select “Settings”. In the settings interface, you are able to configure the following:

• Display Name – Enter the display name for this method.
• Shipping Rate – Specify the flat rate to have applied on the subscription.
• Type – Select whether the flat rate is for the total order or per item in the order.

Pick Up In Store

By toggling this method on, you will be able to offer customers to pick up their subscriptions in store.
To set up further rules, click on the action button and select “Settings”. In the settings interface, you are able to configure the following:

• Display Name – Enter the display name for this method.

Ship by Weight

By toggling this method on, you will be able to offer tiered shipping rate by weight for subscriptions.
To set up further rules, click on the action button and select “Settings”. In the settings interface, you are able to configure the following:

• Display Name – Enter the display name for this method.
• Charge Shipping – Select “By Weight”, otherwise, follow the next quote type in the list for “By Order Total”.
• Ranges – Enter the cost you want to set up per range of weight. You can add as many as you’d like.
• Zones – Select which shipping zones this method applies to.

Ship by Order Total

By toggling this method on, you will be able to offer tiered shipping rate by order total for subscriptions.
To set up further rules, click on the action button and select “Settings”. In the settings interface, you are able to configure the following:

• Display Name – Enter the display name for this method.
• Charge Shipping – Select “By Order Total”, otherwise, follow the previous quote type in the list for “By Weight”.
• Ranges – Enter the cost you want to set up per order total range. You can add as many as you’d like.
• Zones – Select which shipping zones this method applies to.

Custom Rate

By toggling this method on, you will be able to offer custom shipping rates for subscriptions.
To set up further rules, click on the action button and select “Settings”. In the settings interface, you are able to configure the following:

• Display Name – Enter the display name for this method.
